How it works

Same flow. Four lanes.

Whether it's a one-off SKU or ongoing replenishment, every request runs through the same pipeline: submit, match, ship. Pick the lane that fits — or combine several into one engagement.

The lanes

Four ways in. One pipeline out.

Each lane runs on the same submit → match → ship flow. The difference is scope, cadence, and how deep we go into your operation.

01
Product Sourcing

Exact-SKU requests matched to verified supply. Send brand and model — we tap the vendor network, confirm authenticity and condition, and return a quote you can act on without follow-up emails.

  • Best for: one-off buys, sample orders, gap-fills
  • Typical turnaround: match within 48 hours
  • Volume: 1 unit to several pallets
02
Inventory Fulfillment

Recurring supply matched to your replenishment cadence. Storefronts, marketplaces, and resale channels get pricing that improves as volume grows and forecasts tighten.

  • Best for: ongoing replenishment, channel sellers
  • Pricing: tiered, improving with sustained volume
  • Cadence: weekly, biweekly, or monthly drops
03
Supply Chain Support

End-to-end coordination from supplier vetting to your receiving dock — the parts that turn a sourcing question into a delivered pallet. Plug us in where your team isn't built out yet.

  • Best for: operators without a dedicated sourcing function
  • Includes: vendor due diligence, freight, tracking
  • Visibility: status updates at every handoff
04
Custom Procurement

When standard channels don't fit — closeouts, liquidation, overstock, discontinued SKUs, niche categories. We match your request through deeper supplier channels you wouldn't think to look in.

  • Best for: hard-to-find items, special projects
  • Sources: closeouts, liquidations, direct manufacturer
  • Scope: small lots to full truckloads
FAQ

Common questions.

The questions buyers ask before they send their first request. If yours isn't here, email info@vectrasourcing.app.

What's your typical lead time?

Quotes within two business days of a request. Once a quote is approved, lead time depends on the supplier and product — usually 3 to 14 business days from approval to your dock for in-stock items, longer for closeouts and hard-to-find SKUs.

How does pricing work?

We quote a delivered price per unit (or per pallet/truckload, depending on volume). The price you see in the quote is what you pay — no layered markups, no surprise fees, no hidden minimums. For ongoing replenishment we negotiate tiered pricing that improves as volume grows.

What's your minimum order?

One unit, in principle. In practice, very small orders may not be cost-effective once shipping is included — we'll tell you upfront if a request doesn't make economic sense at your requested volume and suggest a minimum that does.

What categories do you source?

Consumer electronics, small and major appliances, household goods, and smart/mobile devices. If you have a request outside these categories, send it anyway — if we can't source it, we'll tell you within 48 hours and won't bill for the conversation.

How do you verify authenticity?

Every supplier in our network is vetted before we work with them — we verify business licenses, distributor agreements where relevant, and check serial-number traceability. Products are inspected for condition and counterfeits before they ship. If something arrives off-spec, we resolve it (replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on circumstances).

What payment terms do you offer?

New customers pay in advance or upon shipment. Established customers may be eligible for net-30 terms after a credit review. We accept wire, ACH, and credit card (with a small processing fee on cards).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US-only. International shipping introduces customs, duties, and timeline complexity that doesn't fit our current model. If your business needs international fulfillment, let us know and we can refer you to a partner that handles that.

What documentation do you provide with each order?

Standard documentation includes a commercial invoice, packing slip with itemized SKU detail, freight tracking, and serial numbers where the manufacturer supports them. Warranty paperwork passes through where applicable. For resale and tax purposes, we provide invoices structured for B2B accounting — and we can accommodate specific documentation requirements on request.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as a matter of course for buyers who want to share commercial information (volume forecasts, channel strategy, supplier preferences) before engaging. Send your standard NDA over and we'll route it quickly.

How do I track my order?

Once a quote is approved and the order is in motion, you get status updates at each handoff — supplier confirmation, ship date, freight tracking, and delivery. Tracking numbers are shared as soon as the carrier scans the shipment. For ongoing replenishment customers we can set up regular status reports rather than per-shipment emails.

What if I'm not sure of the exact SKU?

Send what you have — product name, brand, photo, target spec. We'll help nail down the exact SKU or suggest equivalent inventory that fits the use case. The matching work is part of what we do; you shouldn't have to be a parts catalog to send a request.

What happens if a product arrives damaged or off-spec?

Contact us within seven business days of receipt. We resolve it — replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Freight damage gets handled directly with the carrier or supplier through us, so you don't have to chase claims yourself. Manufacturer warranties pass through on top of that.

Do you handle dropshipping?

On a limited basis for established customers. Dropshipping requires per-order coordination with the supplier that doesn't always fit the broker model — for low-volume single-unit drops, a marketplace is usually a better fit. For higher-volume or specialty drop programs, send a request describing the use case and we'll tell you whether it's a match.
