The category focus is deliberate too. Consumer electronics, appliances, household goods, and smart/mobile devices are the high-turnover categories where reliable supply makes or breaks a business. We chose depth over breadth: knowing four lanes well is more useful to a buyer than knowing forty lanes shallowly.

"Verified supplier" is one of the most overused phrases in wholesale. We treat it as a real bar, not a marketing word. Before a vendor enters our network we check business registration, distributor agreements where applicable, payment history, and references from operators who've actually placed orders. We trace serial numbers when the category warrants it. And we keep the network tight on purpose — fewer suppliers we know well beats a long list of question marks.

That carries through to delivery. Products are inspected for condition and counterfeits before they ship. If something arrives off-spec we resolve it — replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on what's fair.
