Wholesale appliance sourcing.

Small kitchen appliances and major appliances — sourced for retailers, channel sellers, resale operations, property managers, and builders. Vetted distributors, condition-graded inventory, delivered pricing.

What we source

Appliance categories we cover.

Two distinct categories with different supply patterns, freight profiles, and buyer audiences.

01
Small kitchen & countertop

Blenders, stand mixers, coffee makers and espresso, air fryers, toasters, microwaves, food processors, and the long tail of countertop appliances. High-turnover SKUs for value retail, gift channels, and online resale. Strong closeout cycles around holiday and seasonal product refreshes.

  • Best for: marketplaces, gift retail, value resellers
  • Condition: new, refurbished, open-box
  • Volume: case packs through full pallet
02
Major appliances

Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, wall ovens. Sourced for appliance retailers, discount channels, property managers replenishing rental units, and builders furnishing developments. Both new and scratch-and-dent inventory available depending on the channel.

  • Best for: appliance retail, property managers, builders
  • Condition: new, scratch-and-dent, manufacturer-refurbished
  • Freight: LTL pallet typical; coordinated in the quote
The appliance market

Why appliance sourcing is its own animal.

Appliances behave differently from other consumer categories. Major appliances are freight-heavy and freight cost is a meaningful chunk of delivered price — which means quotes have to be coordinated with shipping, not bolted on after. Closeout cycles run on model-year refreshes, not seasonal turns, so the timing of the best inventory deals follows the manufacturer release calendar more than the retail calendar.

Scratch-and-dent and manufacturer-refurbished inventory are also a real lane in appliances in a way they're not in most other categories. The cosmetics don't matter for a property manager replacing a fridge in a rental unit; they don't matter much for a builder furnishing a new development. That opens up pricing that doesn't exist on first-quality retail — sometimes 30-50% below MAP — for buyers who can match the right inventory to the right channel.

The category-specific risk is freight damage. Major appliances ship freight, and freight damage is a recurring issue with even legitimate suppliers. We disclose freight handling and damage policy in every quote, and the supplier vetting we do before adding a major-appliance distributor weighs damage history heavily. For more on how supplier vetting works, see the supplier verification checklist.

FAQ

Appliance sourcing questions.

The questions buyers ask before they send their first appliance request. If yours isn't here, email info@vectrasourcing.app.

What appliance categories do you source?

Small kitchen appliances (blenders, mixers, coffee equipment, air fryers, microwaves, etc.) and major appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, wall ovens). Strongest coverage on the major-brand inventory that retailers and resellers turn most often.

Can you source scratch-and-dent or open-box appliances?

Yes. Scratch-and-dent, open-box, and manufacturer-refurbished appliances are a common closeout channel — perfect for value retailers, discount resellers, property managers, and builders who don't need first-quality cosmetics. Every quote specifies condition tier so there's no ambiguity.

Do you ship major appliances by pallet or by unit?

Both, depending on volume and supplier. Major appliances typically ship by pallet for volume orders (often LTL freight) or by individual unit for smaller orders. We coordinate freight as part of the quoted delivered price, so the number you see is what you pay.

What about appliance warranties on closeout or refurbished inventory?

Manufacturer warranties pass through when the inventory is authorized-distribution. On manufacturer-refurbished appliances, refurb warranties (typically 90 days to 1 year) apply. On liquidation-channel inventory, warranty status depends on the source — we disclose it in the quote so there's no guessing.

What's the typical lead time on wholesale appliances?

Quote within two business days. Shipping windows depend on supplier and product: in-stock major appliances typically ship within 5 to 14 business days from approved quote. Closeouts and special-order items can take longer because we're routing through deeper supplier channels.
